I've noticed you post a lot of great content about fishing and life in the Bay Area. I’m working for a new start-up called HeyLets and we’re trying to get people excited about doing what you do. We want our users to rediscover their city through mini-recommendations from people with similar interests and hopefully pay it forward. I was wondering, would you be interested in sharing some of your positive experiences about fishing and your community with us? We'd love to hear what you have to say and help you promote your blog. Drop me a line if you’re interested in more info: adam@heylets.com Thanks for your time and keep up the good work! -Adam
Thanks for the comment Josh. I'm going musky fishing in a few weeks and want to use some of my own patterns. If you tie this pattern, try to tie all of the big bushy stuff up the hook shank about half an inch from the hook gape, otherwise the bucktail will end up covering the hook bite and might make it hard to get a good set. I'm thinking about putting in a stinger hook also just to make sure.

I like this fly! Never fished it but the technique looks pretty cool. Josh
